About Donna

Donna has joined ANIMA Health Network as Clinic Operations Manager & Executive Assistant, where she supports the team, strengthens the practice's day-to-day operations, and helps create a welcoming, positive experience for everyone who connects with ANIMA.

Known for her people-first approach, Donna values kindness, clarity and good communication. She enjoys helping people feel comfortable, supported, and understood, and brings a calm, approachable, solutions-focused style to her role.

Passionate about both people and processes, Donna enjoys creating systems and workflows that help things run smoothly behind the scenes. She is committed to fostering an environment where patients feel welcomed and supported, and where the clinical team can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Outside of work, Donna has a passion for all things sport and loves getting lost in a good book or spending time with family and friends. A self-confessed messy creative, she enjoys trying her hand at anything artistic and is currently challenging herself to master wheel throwing, with varying levels of success and a healthy respect for clay that refuses to cooperate.
