Why This Training Matters.
How often have you arrived at a PD event, eager to learn, only to find yourself lost in PowerPoint slides and leave feeling disappointed, wishing for more active, ‘how-to’ learning?
Our mission is simple: to equip clinicians with practical skills that create real, lasting transformation.
When people change at this level, the impact ripples outward—strengthening self-connection, improving relationships, and enabling more fulfilling lives. These changes enrich individuals, families, workplaces, and communities—one transformative conversation at a time.
In these workshops, you’ll experience live, unscripted demonstrations and actively engage in practical, experiential skill-building in parts and Chairwork techniques. This isn’t passive learning; it’s your opportunity to step into the work, try out new techniques, and build real confidence to facilitate transformational change in a safe environment.
You’ll leave with tools you can integrate immediately into your practice. If you’re ready to move beyond theory and truly transform your clinical impact, these workshops are for you.
“I would say "do this training". I think it’s a helpful style of working that can be creative and flexible and applicable to different presentations. ”
- Karee - Clinical Psychologist (AU)

Meet Dr Oz
I believe therapy should be more than conversation—it should be transformation. Every clinician deserves tools that bring depth, courage, and clarity to the work we do. That’s why I’m passionate about Parts Work and Chairwork: because these methods give voice to what’s unspoken and create breakthroughs that matter.
I’m a Clinical Psychologist and Director of ANIMA Health Network, committed to bridging research and real-world practice. My approach is shaped by lived experience with ADHD and years of integrating EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Gestalt within a psychodynamic framework. Every training I deliver is designed to be immersive, evidence-based, and immediately applicable.
I’ve had the privilege of delivering training and speaking across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally. I developed the Young Schema Questionnaire – Revised (YSQ-R), now used worldwide, and currently serve as an Adjunct Research Fellow at Curtin University and the University of Technology Sydney. In 2024, I was honoured as Australian Psychologist of the Year.
If you’re a mental health professional who wants to go beyond talk therapy and learn experiential techniques that transform lives, I’d love to connect. Together, let’s make therapy what it was meant to be: human, courageous, and transformative.
