Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
What is PTSD?
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) can develop after a single traumatic event or repeated exposure to trauma. It may show up as intrusive memories, nightmares, flashbacks, hypervigilance, avoidance, irritability, or feeling constantly “on edge”. PTSD can affect anyone — and with the right support, recovery is possible.
At ANIMA Health Network, you can work with experienced Clinical Psychologists who provide evidence-based PTSD treatment in a calm, trauma-informed setting, helping you feel safer, more grounded, and back in control.
