We’re thrilled to have you join ANIMA’s Parts and Chairwork Training. This experience is designed to be practical, creative, and transformative. Below you’ll find everything you need to feel prepared, supported, and confident throughout the training. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and enriching environment for everyone.
Privacy Policy
Your trust means everything to us. Here’s how we handle your information:
What We Collect: When you register, we collect your name, contact details, and payment information, along with any preferences you share (such as dietary needs or accessibility requirements).
How We Use It: To process your registration, send training updates, and share resources. That’s it. We never sell your data. Ever.
How We Protect It: Your information is stored securely and accessed only by authorised team members.

Your Comfort & Care
This workshop is designed to be inspiring and transformative, but it can also feel intense at times.
Parts and Chairwork involves experiential role-plays using real-life experiences, so emotions and memories may surface unexpectedly. That’s normal, but it’s important to be prepared.
We ask that all participants have skills to self-soothe, regulate, and manage distress. This helps create a safe and supportive learning environment for everyone. Self-care during and after training is strongly encouraged. While we’ll provide guidance during supervised practice, therapy is not included in this training. If you need additional support, please arrange this outside the workshop.
If you have special medical conditions (e.g., hearing or vision limitations, late-stage pregnancy) or a history of dissociative disorders, PTSD, substance use, or personality disorders, please consult your health professional and discuss your situation with us before registering.
Respect & Conduct
We expect all participants to maintain a spirit of cooperation and mutual support. This ensures a positive and safe learning environment for everyone.
The facilitator reserves the right to dismiss any participant - without refund - who:
Fails to maintain confidentiality
Disrupts the learning of others
Is deemed unable to successfully complete the training
Participants will receive one warning before dismissal if concerning behaviour continues.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is essential for creating a safe learning space. Here’s what that means in practice:
Recording: Audio or video recording by participants is not permitted.
Photos: You’re welcome to take photos of slides and materials, but please do not photograph participants engaged in experiential exercises.
Case Discussions: When sharing clinical examples, ensure all identifying details are removed.
We expect all participants to uphold these standards to protect privacy and maintain trust.
Intellectual Property
All workshop materials are for your personal use only. Please don’t copy, share, or distribute without permission. Respecting this ensures we can keep creating high-quality content for you.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
We keep our trainings small and impactful, so every seat matters. If life throws you a curveball, here’s how we can help:
If You Need to Cancel
Cancel 14+ days before the training: You’ll receive a refund minus a $100 admin fee.
Cancel within 14 days or don’t attend: We’re unable to offer refunds because your spot was reserved just for you.
Want to Send Someone in Your Place? Absolutely! Substitutions are welcome. Please contact training@anima.com.au. The new attendee must meet eligibility requirements, and you’ll need to share their details and any pre-training materials so they’re ready to go.
If We Need to Make Changes: On rare occasions, we may need to reschedule, cancel, or change the venue (within the same city). If that happens, you’ll have the choice to transfer to a future training or receive a full refund.
Please note: We can’t cover travel or accommodation costs, so we recommend refundable bookings or travel insurance.
