About Mark
Mark Webb is a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience spanning local government, not-for-profit organisations, and clinical practice. His unique background in leadership and organisational dynamics informs his work with professionals, executives, and couples navigating stress, burnout, and relationship challenges.
Mark holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Master of Business Leadership, as well as undergraduate degrees in Science and Business. He is a Fellow of the College of Clinical Psychologists, a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and an AHPRA Board-approved supervisor.
Mark’s clinical focus includes men’s health, chronic pain, work-related stress, anxiety, and relationship wellbeing. He is LGBTQI+ affirmative and welcomes individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds.
Drawing on Schema Therapy and couples therapy modalities such as the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mark’s approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. He aims to create a safe and respectful space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Patients often describe Mark’s style as approachable, thoughtful, and balanced. His goal is to help people regain clarity, confidence, and resilience—whether managing demanding careers, navigating relationship difficulties, or coping with personal struggles.
